4.5.4.5 IFdtChannelSubTopology::ValidateRemoveChild()

Description:
| Validates if a given device, specified by its systemTag, can be removed from the sub-topology |
Parameters:
| childsystemTag | SystemTag of the child DTM |
Return Value:
| result | TRUE Topology valid FALSE Topology invalid |
Behavior:
| The channel has to validate if the device can be removed from the topology. If the DTM needs more information about the child it can get the DTM via IFdtTopology::GetDtmForSystemTag() passing the received systemTag. |
Comments:
| The validation must include a check for active connection and return FALSE if a connection is active via this channel. |
