Desktop IDM based on fdtCONTAINER component

This solution is based on Desktop Common Component. Customers will develop a Windows desktop version of AMS based on the FDT Desktop Common Components (Desktop Common Component, also known as the fdtCONTAINER component). The desktop common components provide encapsulation of the FDT standards, which can significantly reduce the development cost of the FDT framework and have accumulated a large number of compatibility fixes for defective DTMs, adopted by the majority of FDT frameworks on the market.

Advantages:

• Capable of implementing all functions supported by FDT technology.
• Can closely interact with DCS software.
• Stable and reliable, widely tested and used in the industry.
• Backward compatible, supporting both existing FDT1/2 DTMs and future FDT3 DTMs.

Disadvantage:

• Does not support cross-platform, can only run on Windows systems.
• Relatively higher development cost and technical difficulty.

• AMS business logic development cost (to be evaluated separately based on functionality)
